STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1.  The hours bundle sold by QSB Consulting is a prepayment by customer to ensure smooth delivery of services.
2. The customer refund is issued only in case of reasonable escalations raised by customer regarding product, services.
3. The hours bundle are subjected to renewal based on extended scope of work, and reasonable timesheets produced by service provider.
